MacAulvey Automotive Design (MAD) is the passion project of mechanic Johnny MacAulvey. After helping to open Benny's from day one and soaking up the creative, stylish culture from the shop's original owners, he has decided to branch out alone and focus on his love of custom designing cars with his own unique flair. Rather than working on the cars of customers with their own ideas already formed, MAD will be selling the cars that inspire them to do something fresh and working with people unsure of what they want in a car to find something they can be proud of driving. In doing so, the company hopes to provide any customer, regardless of experience with cars, the chance to ride in style.
